Q: How can I track my order from Disa's closet?
A: After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering this tracking number on our website or on your chosen shipping carrier's website.


Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is Disa's closet's return and exchange policy?
 

A:Items purchased from Disa's Closet are eligible for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. A valid Return confirmation is required for items to be returned.

-A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

-All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.

-Disa's Closet does not provide refunds (only store credit or exchange)

 

Q: How do I Mail my return or exchange? 

A: Please package up any items that you’re returning to us, and send back to the following address.

-Packages shipped without any indication of the original order number or copy of the return confirmation page may not be accepted or delayed in processing.

-All returned products must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

-Please note that all accessories, swimwear/beachwear/bathing suits, underwear, bralettes, bodysuits, face coverings, party dresses, and jewelry are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are eligible for exchanges only (if the product size is in stock). No exchanges will be supported for International orders.

A: No we do not sale custom products.

Q: Do you offer Gifts Cards Purchase ? 

A: Yes we do offer Gifts Cards Purchases, Purchasing using our gift card, allows you to build up points that you can use later, or get some good discounts on some of our products, clothing and accessories. But at the moment we do not accept purchasing gift card using card Klarna Payment System (BNPL) .

A: At Disa's Closet, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to address the situation and may offer an exchange depending on the circumstances. Please note that colors may differ slightly from what is shown on the website due to varying computer screen settings.
